The City of Springfield is excited to introduce our Fall Event Series, building on the popularity of our Public Safety Fall Festival. Under the leadership of Mayor Ralph Hammond, the City of Springfield has been empowered to provide quality events for our residents, which has allowed our city staff the opportunity get to know our residents on a more personal level. Our Fall Event Series is poised to take our community outreach program to a new level, and we are excited for the possibility of other large scale event series.

Our Halloween Movies series will be on October 6, 13, & 20 and our 8th Annual Public Safety Fall Festival will be on October 27.  All events will be held at Henry Brooks Memorial Walking Park, located at 3529 E 3rd Street. The Fall Event Series is completely free to the public, and is funded entirely by donations and sponsorships. We are actively soliciting donations for the event, and any additional proceeds will assist in funding our community outreach activities.

Movie Series Schedule (Movies are Anticipated to Begin at 7:00p):

October 6 - The Addams Family

October 13 - Casper

October 20 - Hocus Pocus

Anyone interested in participating at our Public Safety Fall Festival may submit a vendor application by clicking here. All activities must be free to the public, and no merchandise vendors will be accepted.
