Records Request

In order to process your records request online, you must know the report number or the date of the report. If you do not know either of these, please contact our records division at (850) 872-7545. All online records requests must include a valid email address for the report to be emailed to. If you wish to request records anonymously, you may contact us at (850) 872-7545 or visit our station at 408 School Avenue. 

Note: Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
