Progress: The City has published two RFP’s. Both resulted in overpriced bids. Due to the inability to obtain a bid within budget and with the new City Complex anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2026, the City has requested to withdrawal from these projects. The withdrawal has been accepted and processed with FL Commerce on November 18, 2024. Withdrawal for 4399-024-R was accepted on 3/27/25 and withdrawal for 4399-040-R was accepted on 4/4/25 with FDEM. This project is closed with both agencies. No funds were expended.
