The City of Springfield invites the public to celebrate our 91st birthday on February 28, 2026, at our Founders' Day festival at Buddy McLemore Park, located at 299 Detroit Avenue. The event will kick off at 10:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m. Come enjoy the live music, and as always there will be vendors, food trucks, and children's activities.
